All appointments with CraftoftheAir are conducted remotely to provide you with the utmost convenience unless otherwise specified and booked for on-site services. Sessions conducted live, incorporate video interaction; however, should you prefer a non-video format, we kindly request that you inform us in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable and will not offer rescheduling options. Failure to honor the set appointment time will also fall under this policy.

For an optimal experience, please ensure you have access to a smart device with a reliable internet connection for your scheduled remote appointment.

To proceed with some consulting appointments, the following documents may be required to be completed and returned to us: Agreement for Consulting Services, Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and Legal Responsibility Clause (LRC)

If required, please ensure these documents are signed and returned to finalize our engagement. Failure to comply may result in delays or cancellation of your consultation.
